Hello BOCO Dental Patients!
As public discussion shifts to re-opening and lifting state mandates, we want to keep you informed about what’s going on at BOCO Dental.
In early April, Governor Polis amended his Executive Order suspending “all voluntary or elective surgeries or procedures, whether medical, dental… in the State of Colorado until April 26, 2020, at the earliest.”
After a long period of staying safe at home, we plan to open our doors again on May 4, 2020 — with new procedures and precautions in place to ensure the safety of our patients and associates. There are a lot of changes we have made to our practice in the last 6 weeks.
To help bridge the gap to ‘normalcy’, we’d like to clarify what that means for our patients.
We will contact those patients who were mid-treatment or scheduled for treatment and have had to delay treatment, because of COVID-19.
Our hygienists will not be back until Monday May 11th, 2019. Next week we will be contacting patients who are due for hygiene.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. This might mean that you are offered fewer options for scheduling, and it may take a bit to work through the patients who were left mid-treatment.
That being said, it does not hurt to get on the schedule sooner rather than later. If you would like to schedule treatment or a new appointment, please call the office. We are available to speak with you — and assure you we will get you in as soon as we catch up.
If you had a previously scheduled appointment, you will be prioritized along with anyone needing emergency treatment.
Please be prepared for new procedures upon arrival. In an effort to reduce the number of patients (and staff members) in the office, we are offering curbside check-in via text. We will ask you to come in as soon as we are ready for you.
We hope that you are staying safe and healthy! We thank you for your understanding and look forward to serving you in the very near future!
